The interview was with Aksam Barakat, founder of the
Syrian Democratic Forum. The forums website includes news, interviews, and profiles of Syrian dissidents. The forum brings Syrian reporters to Europe to gather information for the site.
Mr. Barakat believes it is very important that the international community continues to back the efforts to prosecute the murderers of former Lebanese Prime minister Rafik Hariri.
Mr. Barakat also discusses the reasons why he believes that Syria is the central problem in the war on terrorism.
Mr. Barakat voices his own opinions which are based on his daily contacts eith opponents of the Assad regime.
