Every day people gather on the steps of the church near the Hay-Adams Hotel
to protest against Israel. Some hold candles, while others wave Palestinian
flags and raise signs that read: 'Obama call for ceasefire, please,' and
'Not in our name.'

'Where is Barack Obama's voice? Has he been muzzled already?' asked CodePink
protester Medea Benjamin, speaking over a microphone. It is noteworthy that
the voices supporting Israel are missing.



On Sunday January 11, at 11 AM people will gather in support of Israel at
the Hay Adams Hotel in Washington DC to proudly proclaim solidarity with
those in the land of Israel.



The rally will be held at 16th and Eye in Downtown DC, across the street
from the Hay Adams Hotel, current residence of President-Elect Obama.
People are encouraged to come with their signs in support of Israel and with
as many friends as possible.



Please announce this rally in your synagogue and church and spread the word
to as many people as possible.
