Coalition negotiations continue to dominate the political news. Netanyahu continues to court Livni's Kadima and Livni continues to play hard to get. Netanyhau's goal is to forge together the largest coalition possible so that his government will be stable. This is a very popular decision in Israel (if not among the One Jerusalem family in their homepage poll) and even the Left wing press is criticizing Livni for not joining this national unity movement.

Another newsmaker is the Obama Administration's decision to send $900 million dollars to Gaza. The State Department proclaims that this aid will not go Hamas. It is being sent to a United Nation's agency. Doesn't that sound good? The UN which works hand and glove with Hamas is now the guardian of our tax dollars.
