One Jerusalem was fortunate to be joined on a conference call today with veteran political consultant John McLaughlin.  John was on the call to discuss his newest public opinion survey on national security.

The survey clearly shows the American people are very concerned about the prospects of Iran developing a nuclear weapon and providing a nuclear umbrella for terrorists like Hamas and Hezbollah.  The survey also shows very strong bipartisan support for Israel and that the American people are not convinced that a two-state solution will ever bring peace.

McLaughlin repeated that clearly the American people are way ahead of their leadership on this issue.  Hopefully, the Obama administration will soon come to see what the American people already know - appeasing terrorists will only put us in further danger.
