This does not surprise me at all, in a speech earlier this year Obama called Tel Aviv the capital of Israel, he already has it set in his mind that he is giving Jerusalem to the Palestinians free and clear. Many in the media thought this was an accident, our bright new president wouldn't make that mistake. It was intentional, Obama can not be trusted.

The British press never reports any of the facts you provide us with.

Dear Sir/Madam,

Reading the One Jerusalem web site I came across a comment that the US Consulate General (C-G)in Jerusalem gave the impression that the USA's State Dept. regarded Jeruslem as "Palestinian".

On visiting the site that impression is more than confirmed. The C-G seems to be exclusively concerned with "Palestinians", i.e. the brand name that local Arabs adopted in 1965.

More than that, with the link to Gaza, a territory under terrorist control according to US law, it seems that despite its public refusal to have dealings with Hamas, the USA is doing deals by the back door. It is difficult to believe that the Gaza contacts are merely to attempt to boost the absolutist, uncompromising, war monger Abu Mazen who continues to be designated as Israel's peace partner even though his term of office has expired.

From the web site one could infer that the C-G is in fact the USA's embassy to what the State Dept. hopes will one day become some Arab Mohammedan nation called Palestine.

I would be pleased to learn (1) why there is no link to Israel or Jewish groups from the C-G, (2) what is the USA's current policy on Jeruslem and (3) why is the USA executive continuing to defy its legislature's call to transfer the USA's embassy to Israel's capital.

As long as Hussein Obama is in the White House, Israel will have problems with this Muslim. He is "diplomatically" following Ahmadinejad's dream of erasing Israel, no matter what anybody says about him. That's his ultimate goal, we can talk, argue, discuss left and right; useless. He must be stopped. Period.

Note that 78% of our co-religionists voted for Obama. How's that for stupidity? When during the campaign I said to my congregation that if they loved Israel they must not vote for him, I was met with growling, rumbling opposition. They say that Jews are smarter than the general population, but I'm beginning to doubt it. And that's without mentioning the damage he's doing to the USA.

It has become painfully obvious that Obama hates Jews and all things Jewish. Somehow funds must be raised and dedicated to buying full page ads in major newspapers that will tell the Jewish and Israeli side of the history of the Holy Land. Had the fate of Jews been determined by the US State Department over the past 60 years there never would have been an Israel. Obama has so screwed up the United States that he won't be able to run for re-election. The Congress will return to saner hands as will the White House. BUT now the war of ideas and history must be fought in the public forum. The Jews who support Obama are of the same ilk as the kapos at Auschwitz.

I thank the faithful in Christ who have encouraged and supported Israel for the magnificent sentiments expressed in the One Jerusalem forum.

I remind all that the City of Jerusalem is NEVER MENTIONED in Muslim holy books but is mentioned hundreds of times in the Old and New Testaments. Cbmesq should realize there is no "party line" on this website. There are those who believe that the Jewish State of Israel should be the sole possessor and controlling power of the City of David and those who oppose that bitterly. Bush, unlike Obama, never openly declared that Jerusalem should be Palestinian. He at leaast allowed Israel to respond to terror attacks. The State Department of the USA has always been steadfast in its belief that Jews should not have a state of their own. But Harry Truman and that "pillar of Virtue" the UN saw to it that there was one.
