Dear Lovers of Israel,

The handwriting is on the wall. We are officially "alone". Having failed at foreign policy everywhere, Obama is going to beat Israel into the ground since the only consensus he can find is the one that says the Jews and Israel must be dumped and sacrificed in order to salvage Obama's lackluster career.

I pray that the new year will bring better tidings. Mr, Netanyahu's willpower and steadfastness are all that stand between the survival of the Jewish State and total oblivion. He must defy the "quartet". The United Nations can only agree on one premise and that is constant harassment and censure of beloved Israel.I urge all those of any faith that treasures the Holy Land to write the White House and their members of Congress to please stop this tragedy in progress.

On September 16, oral arguments were heard in Judicial Watch's lawsuit on behalf of U.S. Foreign Service Officer David C. Rodearmel, who is challenging Hillary Clinton's appointment to Secretary of State based on the Ineligibility Clause of the U.S. Constitution.

The U.S. Constitution's Ineligibility Clause explicitly states: "No Senator or Representative shall, during the Time for which he was elected, be appointed to any civil Office under the Authority of the United States, which shall have been created, or the Emoluments whereof shall have been increased during such time."

In other words, if an individual served in Congress while the salary of a civil office was increased, they cannot serve in that position until their term in Congress expires.

During Hillary's last Senate term, "emoluments" (or the salary) of the U.S. Secretary of State increased at least three times, which means, of course, that Hillary is constitutionally ineligible to serve in this capacity. That is, unless you're willing to cast aside the U.S. Constitution in the name of political expediency.

Congress attempted to get around the Ineligibility Clause with what is known as the "Saxbe fix," reducing the Secretary of State's salary to the level in effect on January 1, 2007. And what's wrong with this strategy which has its roots all the way back to the Taft administration? This "fix" cannot change the historical fact that the salary was increased.

Don't you think if the Framers had intended for exceptions to the Ineligibility Clause they would have included them in the Constitution? Of course! But they did not. Hillary Clinton IS NOT a lawful Secretary of State from the United States of America. She was appointed while she was still a SENATOR. She should be cast from her office as Secretary of State and have no valid requests against Israel.

With so much discussion about dividing Jerusalem, it seems to me Israel might have to go ahead and annex all of E. Jerusalem and remove any Palestinian presence therein. Possibly even build an Israeli governmental building in the east and declare that the talks about a divided Jerusalem are over. What other choice is there. The Palestinians insist on having E. Jerusalem for a capital, Bibi says Jerusalem will not be divided. The two ideas cannot coincide. We know from 40 plus years of experience the Palestinians will not comprise on any issue. See the latest reports on JP discussing how much land Olmert offered them and they still declined! Land offerings for peace from Israel have never worked. The Palestinians take the land and then fire rockets at Israel or send suicide bombers. The pattern is measurable and has been repeated time and time again.

Every Seder around the table we state ext Year Jerusalem, not east or west or north or south. Even the Quran says Jerusalem is a Jewish holy City. As for Judea and Samaria Israel is being kind in the negotiations. Dig a few feet down anywhere there Jewish artifacts can be uncovered . for 3000 years all of this was Jewish. If you check Israel at the time of King David Jordan was even included as Israel. I think Israel has given up enough and Obama as well as Clinton should be more concerned about all the other issues. Fallum Gong being tortured in China, Korea and Iran and many others . USA' only true friend and democracy in the mid east is being picked on mercilessly.

I do not see why Israel continues to put up with this. You have the creator of all things on your side. Stop worrying about what the U.S., The U.N or anyone else thinks. Take what is rightfully yours!!! Drive them out and get rid of that abomination on the temple mount.

It is rapidly becoming evident that Obama is a national disgrace who intends to wreck our nation by any means possible. This man is a total failure! Always remember the Living God is in control of everything and He has stated that he will exact great punishment upon nations that seek to destroy Israel! With God on your side, who can overcome you? Aussie supporter of Israel.This is a sad state of affairs. I never thought I would see the US buckle to the Arab world in such a way. Americans are bewitched by Obama and dont see him for what he truly stands for. His elegant rhetoric is at times memerising but his actions speak louder. No good will come for him or America if he continues on this course - Jerualem belongs lock stock and barrel to Israel as does the greater surrounding territory.Israel must stand firm and continue to settle all of Jerusalem.

It is heartwarming to read the pro-Israel testimonials from our Christian brethren. They know that all that is Christian will always be protected and revered by the people of Israel even though radical Islam frequently destroys Christian and Jewish holy sites. I cite the occupation of the Church in Bethlehem. The militants desecrated this holy place and held the monks hostage
. The international attacks on Jews and Israel have reached out and poisoned so many weak minds with their venom. I use the term "radical Islam" but since I hear no dissent from so-called moderate Muslims I am beginning to think that the enemy might be Islam itself.

The joke is on all those fools who kow tow to Islamics. What makes them think that they are special and not scheduled for annihilation by their new-found friends?

Please understand that Obama only has "some" Americans fooled. I have been waiting for Israel to suggest that Americans not be allowed to build in the border states, those that share a border with Mexico. After all some Hispanics talk of this area being disputed, since some of it was taken in armed confrontations and some just annexed by the U.S.. It was not even taken for security reasons. I don't have any liberal guilt about it having been done, but fair for one is fair for the other.

Obama and hiscohorts have one aim, namely to destroy all opposition as well as to destroyall vestiges of freedom and free enterprise. They are hell bent on turning the USA into a socialist dictatorship, and they want to destroy Israel as we have a president who is at heart a Muslim.

consideration. In the meantime, all 'political' complaints must be
seen as absolutely moot. It's a simple matter of priorities.'
