A few weeks ago we supported Ronald Lauder's decision to set the Obama Administration straight with an op-ed in the Wall Street Journal calling for respect for Israel.

This week Mr. Lauder continues to show his leadership by calling on world leaders to boycott the Iranian despots speech at the UN next week.  "We ask UN leaders to send a strong message to Ahmadinejad, who regularly uses these forums to spread invective, threats and unspeakable accusations,"

Ahmadinejad is scheduled to address the UN next Wednesday, September 23.

The World Jewish Congress has also launched an online petition to asking the General Assembly members to walk out in protest during Ahmadinejad speech.  Sign it and lend your support to this important cause.
