Make no mistake, Obama's premeditated attack on Israel for housing permits to build apartments in an established Jewish neighborhood was designed to let the Muslim world see that Obama is willing to take on the Jewish State.

In the last 48 hours, Obama's attack on Israel has escalated. His administration is now grumbling about 20 housing permits being granted in another Jewish neighborhood in Jerusalem. Yes, that's twenty units.

Obama has also treated Israel's Prime Minister with contempt and rudeness. Last night every news show noted that Obama had imposed a strict news and photo blackout of his meeting with Netanyahu.  By all accounts the meeting was contentious with Obama giving Netanyahu an ultimatum.

Obama's goal is to get Israel to openly declare that it will accept a Palestinian State based on the indefensible 1967 lines. He wants Israel to approve a document that calls for a cessation of all building in Jerusalem and address other "core" issues like right of return.

Obama is forcing a crisis in American/Israeli relations. His motives can be speculated about but there is no doubt that he is determined to placate the Muslim at the expense of the security of the State of Israel.

Israel's attempts to satisfy Obama have backfired. We were in Israel during the Biden visit and we witnessed the amazement of high ranking Israelis that the housing permits had been turned into a full-fledged attack on Israel.The Netanyahu government had tried to deal with the Palestinian issue but found no partner. Obama knows this but he insists that it is Israel's fault. 

Meanwhile Israel has watched Obama allow Iran to move closer and closer toward attained nuclear weapons. America's half-hearted attempt to stop the nuclear program has failed.  But just a few days ago, Obama once again reached out to the radical Islamists in Iran to enter negotiations. Meanwhile Obama refuses to provide any comfort to the Iranians who are victims of the regime.

Obama's reckless policies are placing Israel, America and the free world at risk.
