By now you are aware that the Muslim world erupted over parts of a speech made by Pope Benedict. Not only did his critics purposely take comments out of context, see
Michelle Malkin, but they whipped up anti-Christian anger all over the world. A nun and three other innocents serving the sick in Somalia became victims by being shot in the back,

Gateway Pundit, while several churches have been firebombed.
In Iran, Muslim theological schools have been closed in
protest. While Muslim religious leaders have likened the Pope to Hitler and some Muslims have called for his death. Undoubtedly concerned for the safety of Christians living in the midst of Muslim populations the Pope has expressed sadness over the furor.
This orchestrated violent reaction is one more example of how many of today's Islamic leaders see the West and Christianity as the enemy to be fought. When will the West fight back? We can begin by not being intimidated to speak our minds and by
peacefully protesting the likes of Ahamdinejad.

When I see this I start to question all of Muslim history. The muslims have slaughtered people all down through history but they have intimidated historians and media people, as they are doing today, to re-write history to make them look good.
They fought a 100 year war against the hindu's in india in the 8th and 9th century and historians have said they killed anywhere from 30 million to 100 million hindu's. It just depends upon what historian you are reading.
Holy father I support you. I am a cuban refugee and I am against repretion of any kind especialy religion.
