Pastor Hagee is the Founder and Senior Pastor of Cornerstone Church, an evangelical church with 18,000 active members. Pastor Hagee is also the President and CEO of John Hagee Ministries which telecasts a national radio and television ministry to Americans on 160 T.V. stations, 50 radio stations, eight networks and 99 million homes, weekly worldwide. John Hagee Ministries reaches Africa, Europe, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, and most of the Third World.
In addition to founding a global media ministry, Pastor Hagee is the author of 21 major books, the latest being Jerusalem Countdown -- which made USA Today's best seller list. Many of his books have been best sellers, with one, The Beginning of the End, reaching the New York Times best seller list.
In February 2006, Pastor Hagee decided the time had come to create a national grassroots movement focused on support for Israel. He called upon Christian leaders from across America to join him in launching this new initiative. Over 400 Christian leaders, each representing a denomination, mega-church, media ministry, publishing company, or Christian university, answered the call and Christians United for Israel was born. In July 2006, CUFI hosted its first mission to Washington, sending thousands of pro-Israel Christians to Capitol Hill to lobby in support of Israel. In September 2006, when the Conference of Presidents of Major Jewish Organizations hosted an anti-Iran rally in front of the UN, Pastor Hagee's wife, Diana, attended the event, along with thousands of Christian supporters of Israel from all over the United States.
Pastor Hagee is the founder of "A Night to Honor Israel" which is celebrated annually at the Cornerstone Church and broadcast over national and international television. "A Night to Honor Israel" is a non-conversionary tribute to the nation of Israel and the Jewish people of the world. In November 2006, Pastor Hagee hosted the first "National Night to Honor Israel," where he donated over $7 million to Israeli charities in one evening! In addition, Pastor Hagee's ministry has given millions of dollars to bring the Jewish exiles of the world home to Israel. The ministry has provided comfort and consolation to the Jewish people, through the building of orphanage facilities, absorption centers and hospitals.
In our call, Pastor Hagee spoke about Christians United for Israel, why Christians support Israel and why supporting Israel has become such a priority to them. Pastor Hagee formed CUFI to perform three functions: 1. To provide a rapid response team of tens of millions of Christians to contact Washington, on a moment's notice, on issues pertaining to Israel. 2. To organize an annual Washington Summit that would bring thousands of Christians to Capitol Hill with he sole purpose of advocating for Israel. 3. To host a Night to Honor Israel in every major U.S. City.
It is a joy and a treat to listen to a man who says what he means, and means what he says. Pastor Hagee feels that every Bible-believing Christian is obligated to support Israel, and Pastor Hagee sees it as his mission to unite Christians for this purpose.
This call is not to be missed. Pastor Hagee is an honest, sincere and genuine friend of Israel and the Jewish people. His support should be embraced and appreciated.
I find it amazing that supposedly intelligent people are taking am apocalyptic crackpot like Hagee seriously. This man is an ignorant fundamentalist who wants to start World War III. I used to watch this man rant on the Trinity Broadcasting Network and laughed at the thought that people took him seriously. I have noticed with increasing alarm the number of people who are according legitimacy to this lunatic (I have a recent post on my blog Scoobie Davis Online). Please, if I'm missing a point, please e-mail me

This hasn't anything to do with the articles. I am accessing the through regular means. Getting the article through my e-mail is screwed up. The library seems to be done tweeking things, so it is much nicer. Although I can't "contact you". But I did discover I can get the articles and things by punching in the site. E-mail is hopeless. It's that Micro-Soft error report again. They are really ticking me off. Please keep sending all this good stuff. We can beat these guys yet. Mary Thiels marythiels@yahoo.com

This is definitely the way to go. Now the rest of us have to get off the stick and do likewise.

We love you, Pastor Hagee. Does anyone in Washington know that Jerusalem is the capital of Israel, where the US Embassy should be?

I'm very thankful to The Lord for the true friends of Israel and the Jewish people. In these last days before Gods judgment it is most important that true Christians stand with Israel and the Jewish people as we can see the dark days coming.

It's so rewarding to see a non-Jew supporting a rightous country that has little support from the rest of the world. It shows the independence of America, where all people 'are created equal'. Blessings go the Pastor Hagee for his ecumenical thinking and support for a good cause.

I wholeheartedly agree with Pastor Hagee. I am a young Christian man and see the salvation of the world coming out of Israel. We need to remember our friends and roots. Shalom

If only our political leaders were as capable of the kind of UNCONDITIONAL support for Israel that Rev. Hagee is. Some may consider that I've wandered too far into the woods on this, but it is my conviction that God's plan for Israel was a large part of the reason for America's success in the last century. G-d knew that He was going to restore Israel, and what the political environment would be like, when He did. Upon Israel's resurrection, it had only one real ally - but that one ally happened to be a country which had recently become the world's biggest military juggernaut. Much of America's military inventory in post-war Europe ended up in Israel, followed by much more powerful things. Now, Hagee, and others like him, like Hal Lindsey, all of them being cognizant in all of the Scriptures, are picking up the ball where the politicians are dropping it. They are possessed of the courage and dedication to tell us of the positions we should take regarding Israel, and of the words of the Prophets and the Apostles for our times. Bless them forever.
