Yael, I agree with Yoel. When I first saw the Fox video on TV, it was a bit unseemly to me. I thought: why publicize the terrorists? But some people do not beliebe, or do not want to believe. So you have to put out in front of their noses and say, what do think now? This shows their endless supply of weaponry, skill, determination and hatred for the Jews. When Jews are killed or injured (not to mention fear inflicted daily) by these rockets, where are the other networks to show plight of 'innocent citizens' as they like to do when an Arab is killed following an Israeli retaliatory strike.

Yael, I want to explain my position more completely. Hatred closes one's eyes, one's ears, and one's mouth. Those who hate us Jews and Israelis and those who have their own amoral agenda regarding us cannot be reasoned with. I teach Elie Wiesel's memoir Night every semester an a community college to a predominately Gentile student population. I am still amazed at how many students question the veracity of Mr. Wiesel's words. Davka, when I show Oprah Winfrey and Elie Wiesel's vidoe at Auschwitz, which includes documentary footage of the inconceivable--mountains of dead bodies, people preparing their own graves only to be shot immediately afterwards, the remains of babies--I have never heard one student deny what he or she has seen. This present generation is not one who adores reading; on the contrary, its reveres the screen: the Internet ,the TV, and the movie. Accordingly, the Shoah is unique in its planning and execution to excoriate the Jewish people from human memory; it appears that Hamas is not able to go to that extreme of the 'final solution' in terms of its planning and execution, yet it certainly has similar designs as are brazenly written in its charter. Israel is a Jewish state. Such an assertion is totally rejected by the Hamas-Fatah Palestinian leadership and perhaps 60-70% of the Palestinian people. The more empirical proof the world can receive regarding the true Palestinian intentions and actual acts concerning Israel, the more credible, reliable, and accurate the case against Hamas and Fatah. World opinion is important. Israel's position as a country under siege must be made as clearly and transparently as possible. Israel's image must be shown for its true self: a tiny country desiring peace with its neighbors in the middle of an enormous enemy who will do anything to bring about its demise.

Israel should cut off the water and electricity to the Gaza or draw a grid map of Gaza and destroy, with advance warning, one grid mark for each rocket fired until the attacks stop. No othe country in the world would put up with this.

Yoel, I can't imagine that anyone anywhere needs more proof that Hamas is a terrorist organization. Anyone who hasn't figured that out yet ... isn't going to. IMHO.

I find this video very revealing about the rocket-firing process. It appears that Hamas and its constituency will not cease the rocket firing unless Israel forces the issue. Cat-and-mouse games do not prevent the continuing firing of rockets against Israeli citizens. It appears that only a full-scale Israeli invasion to protect and defend Israeli citizenry will finally put a stop to the rockets. Maybe Fox has done a service to actually show the utter determination of Hamas to murder innocent civilians in their homes, shops, schools, hospitals as well as on their streets and roads. What civilized people would stoop to such amoral behavior instead of trying to make peace by stopping the terrorism? This video does not glorify the Palestinians murderers: it exposes their evil intentions for the world to see. Hamas is definitely intent on destroying the State of Israel at any means and any cost whatsoever. This video is evidence of such crimes against humanity. Furthermore, it proves that Hamas is a terrorist organization pure and simple.

United Jerusalem Petition
  • I support a unified Jerusalem under Israeli sovereignty, to ensure free and open access for all people.
  • I support a unified Jerusalem under Israeli sovereignty, as an expression of the unique relationship between the Jewish People and its eternal capital.
  • I support a unified Jerusalem under Israeli sovereignty, so as never to return to the dark period of 1947-67, when Arab control over an artificially divided Jerusalem meant religious persecution, desecration of holy sites, and wanton destruction.
  • I support a unified Jerusalem under Israeli sovereignty, according to the current municipal boundaries, set in the wake of Israel’s defensive 1967 Six Day War.
  • I support a unified Jerusalem under Israeli sovereignty, where Jews may enjoy the right to pray on the Temple Mount, the holiest site in the Jewish world.
Preserve The Temple Mount
  • For a decade, Muslim religious authorities have participated in the destruction and elimination of precious Jewish and Christian artifacts on the site of Solomon's Temple, the Temple Mount in Jerusalem.
  • Thousands of tons of earth, containing archaeological evidence dating back to the period of the Temple of Solomon, were discarded. Among the 'rubble' were ancient seals from a Priestly family, inscribed pottery fragments in Ancient Hebrew, Altar screens and broken columns from a fourth century Byzantine Church.
  • Since the year 2000, the Muslim religious authority – the Waqf - has blocked all archaeological oversight of the Temple Mount.
  • Meanwhile, the Waqf continues to construct Mosques on the sacred sites of Jews and Christians.
  • We believe the international and Israeli media should have unrestricted access to the Temple Mount.
  • We believe the world-respected Israeli Antiquities Authority be empowered to supervise the day to day activities on the Temple Mount.
  • Currently, the Waqf forbids any non-Muslim entrance, except on a selective and very limited basis. For instance, the Waqf does not give any observers access inside the vast subterranean rooms, from which many antiquities have been removed.
  • We demand the preservation and respect of the Temple Mount. Only full access and complete transparency for all parts of the Temple Mount can prevent further abuse and destruction of this site which has been venerated throughout history.
