So what in all the world does a a US-citizen want with justifying a psychotic? The Hitlers of this world only see their chances when an economic and/or cataclysmic chaos hits a nation. When democracy fails to stear the "ship of state" back to a safe haven! This is why it is so necessary to defend democracy VEHEMENTLY and to combat economic, social, religious and cultural injustice at ALL TIMES! At the same time a careful study of the Old and New Testaments will give important guidelines on ethics and morals. All this was thrown overboard in Germany (then) and in the world generally (now) so that we must be on the alert. Not only is that contrary to God’s command to dispense out justice in our society, it lets the murderer decide who lives and who dies. Nazis murdered millions Jewish and Polish victims not only in battles but in camps of death. My Father was murdered in Auschwitz in 1942. To write such a book that treats Adolph Hitler as a "rational, aggressive leader" is beyond contempt. Adolph Hitler was evil incarnate. I will never buy a book published by Crown again in my lifetime. Pat Buchanan does not deserve another second of my thoughts.
